Justin has a proven track record of guiding clients to secure Multi-Million Dollar Projects worldwide. With a keen eye for innovative business solutions across diverse industries, he has facilitated notable achievements.

Among his accomplishments stands the procurement of the Ain Dubai project, the world’s largest Observation Wheel. Justin spearheaded the Dubai Wheel Project, collaborating closely with developer Meraas Holdings and EPC contractor Hyundai E&C to conceptualize and execute its vision. Furthermore, he played a pivotal role in finalizing a turnkey contract for a similar Wheel Project in New York.

Justin’s expertise extends to facilitating Hyundai and Kia Motors’ Tier One Korean suppliers in establishing manufacturing plants in Alabama, US, securing funding for their initial operations.

His involvement in winning multiple Government bids to implement Intelligent Transport Systems in Asia, notably Electronic Road Pricing, underscores his strategic acumen. Notable projects include Malaysia’s SmartTag System and pilot initiatives in Taiwan, China, and Korea.

Justin holds a background in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Texas, Austin, complemented by a Series 7 License as a Financial Advisor.

As a qualified professional project consultant, chartered builder, and chartered surveyor, FookSin possesses a unique blend of managerial expertise and technical proficiency. His skill sets encompass investment project studies, formulation of project execution plans, and adept management of projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

Throughout his career, FookSin has held prominent leadership roles in multinational investment companies and multi-disciplinary consultancies. Notably, he served as the head of project & program management business in Singapore for ARCADIS, a multidisciplinary consultancy listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange. Prior to this, he held managing director positions with regional and international operational responsibilities at Surbana International, Mott MacDonald Group, and Franklin + Andrews Group.

FookSin’s leadership has been instrumental in successfully leading and managing teams of over 700 individuals, overseeing development projects exceeding SGD 1 billion in value annually. His track record exemplifies his capability to deliver results and drive excellence in the built environment sector.
